&lt;h3&gt;Description:&lt;/h3&gt;
Danube, a software product and technology consulting company, seeks a Linux Apache MySQL PHP (LAMP) developer for a comprehensive redesign of our company website and continued maintenance. Primary goals of the redesign include: Improved ease of use with a streamlined informational and navigational structure; Increased credibility and aesthetic appeal with a more contemporary look; Incorporation of a recently redesigned identity and brand; A customer-accessible library for supporting product and service documentation; A platform for advertising and promotional videos and events. This position is for full time employment.
&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
The ideal candidate will have a breadth of PHP/MySQL development experience, with demonstrable skills in website design as well as Linux administration. Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience is required. Specific experience with the Drupal (www.drupal.org) content management system is highly desirable. Candidates will be responsible for working at Danube&#039;s Bellevue offices each day (no telecommuters please).

&lt;h3&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;

    &lt;li&gt; Four years of PHP coding experience using MySQL database on Linux&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Four years of development experience using HTML and CSS &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Two years development experience with JavaScript&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Intermediate Linux system and network administration skills&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; At least five years&#039; experience designing comprehensive websites for a variety of corporate clients&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; A balance of aesthetic and analytical design skills&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; History of successful collaboration in a team environment (no lone-wolves)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;Additional Skills Sought:&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Recent experience with Drupal CMS&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Recent DHTML and/or AJAX experience&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Perl, Shell Scripting, Ruby, and/or Python skills&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; User interface design experience&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt; Knowledge of Scrum method practices, roles, and artifacts&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
