Agile Conference

Danube's ScrumCORE™ training division has the deep experience and expertise required to lead organizations through successful Scrum transformations. Made up of five Certified Scrum Trainers, the team includes renowned Scrum thought leaders who regularly speak at agile conferences and other events.

The ScrumCORE team holds regularly scheduled agile training sessions, including Certified ScrumMaster, Product Owner, and Certified Product Owner courses. Designed to provide participants with a foundation in Scrum's fundamental principles and processes, each course addresses the ways in which Scrum departs from traditional project management practices and how it uses an iterative and incremental approach to reduce cycle time and create products that customers really want. These courses are also certified by the Scrum Alliance and, in addition to certification, provide participants with seven PDU credits per day.

For most, the best introduction to agile training is the Certified ScrumMaster course. In these two-day sessions, participants learn Scrum's basic roles, processes, and artifacts with particular emphasis on the ScrumMaster role. Unlike the education an individual might receive at an agile conference, these courses are hands-on, interactive experiences that optimize learning.
