Agile Project Management Training

Danube's ScrumCORE™ agile project management training division has the deep experience and expertise required to lead organizations to success with Scrum, the most popular agile project management method. Led by five Certified Scrum Trainers, the ScrumCORE team holds regularly scheduled agile project management training sessions, including Certified ScrumMaster, Product Owner, and Certified Product Owner courses. Designed to provide participants with a foundation in Scrum's fundamental principles and processes, each course addresses the ways in which agile project management departs from traditional practices and uses an iterative and incremental approach to reduce cycle time and create products that customers really want. These courses are also certified by the Scrum Alliance and, in addition to certification, provide participants with seven PDU credits per day.

For most, the best introduction to agile project management training is the Certified ScrumMaster course. In these two-day sessions, participants learn Scrum's basic roles, processes, and artifacts with particular emphasis on the ScrumMaster role.
