Certified Scrum Master

Danube's ScrumCORE training division helps organizations of all types and sizes successfully adopt the Scrum process and turn their employees into Certified Scrum Masters. In these two-day sessions, participants learn the fundamental roles, processes, and artifacts of the Scrum process from the perspective of the Scrum Master role. For those who have already become Certified Scrum Masters, Danube also offers courses focused on the Product Owner role.
