Scrum Certification
Danube's ScrumCORE™ training division has the deep
experience and expertise required to lead organizations through
successful Scrum transformations and scrum certification. Led by five Certified Scrum Trainers,
the ScrumCORE team holds regularly scheduled Scrum certification
sessions, including Certified ScrumMaster, Product Owner, and Certified
Product Owner courses. Designed to provide participants with a
foundation in Scrum's fundamental principles and processes, each course
addresses the ways in which Scrum departs from traditional project
management practices and how it uses an iterative and incremental
approach to reduce cycle time and create products that customers really
want. These courses are also certified by the Scrum Alliance and, in
addition to certification, provide participants with seven PDU credits
per day.
For most, the best introduction to Scrum
certification is the Certified ScrumMaster course. In these two-day
sessions, participants learn Scrum's basic roles, processes, and
artifacts with particular emphasis on the ScrumMaster role.
