Portfolio Management with Programs and Groups
In keeping with our commitment to support enterprise class adoption of Scrum and Agile, the "Programs and Groups" screen fills a need to sub-divide and categorize work across multiple products.
  • Hierarchical organizing structure for defining and breaking down feature groups
  • Unlimited hierarchical nesting creates limitless opportunity for classification
  • Define features across multiple products
  • Two column layout: Program "tree" hierarchy on the left and focus pane on the right
  • Drag and drop features to re-structure the hierarchy
  • Drag Backlog Items between Groups
  • Features Groups in the Program tree structure can be assigned to Products
  • Break Features down into Product Backlog Items from the Program view
  • Track delivered value of Feature Groups and branches

Business Value Reporting
As opposed to effort burndowns, which look at the amount of work remaining, Business Value reports allow managers and stakeholder track the rate at which value is being added to the products being built in the form of working functionality.
  • Apply Business Weighting to Features Groups and branches
  • Compare Business Value and ROI of Feature Groups in making scheduling decisions
  • Track the delivery of Business Value using the Earned Business Value chart

Timesheets
The Spring '07 release includes an optional module to track hours spent on tasks. Task hours are accumulated daily in both the Desktop and Web clients. The Timesheet screens lets users fill out time spent on tasks when it's convenient and lets any team member contribute hours to any task.
  • Time-tracking is optionally enabled on a product-by-product basis
  • Export Timesheets for easy portability
  • Any team member can contribute hours spent on any task to facilitate pair programming
  • Enter time spent on tasks directly from the Web Client Task Board

Print to Cards
Print Product Backlog Items and Tasks by selecting and using the context menu.
  • Select Backlog Items and Tasks and print to standard-sized paper (8.5 x 11" and A4)
  • Product Backlog Items and Tasks are printed per sheet, formatted as "Cards" for ease of use in collaborative discussions

Miscellaneous Updates
The Spring '07 release also introduces some additional updates to existing functionality:
  • Web Reports now support printing
  • Various miscellaneous enhancements and bug fixes
